MEET NANCY GRAEWE

Nancy discovered her passion for people and homes as a former owner of a successful home decor business. Her expertise and enthusiasm in these areas paved her way into her real estate career. It also helped that her father was a contractor so she was exposed to home building from a very young age and became very familiar with the process. She has been a top producing real estate professional for 13 years, specializing in the sale of new, existing homes and has a vast knowledge in the pre-sale market. She has earned the Award of Excellence for her sales abilities and in the past years has risen from Gold Club Member to Platinum Member and just recently to President’s Club Member within the HomeLife office.

Leveraging her experience as a successful business owner, she is known for outstanding customer service, consistent availability, personal touches and going the extra mile for her clients. She is a skilled negotiator – always having her client’s best interests at heart. She believes strongly that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with the latest information and market insight, so that her clients make the best decisions possible. She is honest, ethical, hard working and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry.

SHE BELIEVES IN GIVING BACK

Nancy is a firm believer in giving back. She is particularly passionate about underprivileged woman here in her community and in third world countries. She has travelled to Africa on numerous occasions and has been involved in helping woman get educated and skilled so they can, in turn, start their own businesses and become self-sufficient. She has for many years volunteered at the Women’s Centre – Union Gospel Mission. Her joy is in giving these woman encouragement and hope. She donates a portion of every commission towards these causes.

IN HER FREE TIME

Nancy enjoys decorating, entertaining, reading and travelling. Her greatest joy is spending time with her family, extended families and friends. She enjoys volunteering in the community and within her church.
